Directs interagency collaboration with EJ stakeholders to create and authorize funding for a system that comprehensively identifies demographic factors, environmental burdens, socioeconomic conditions and public health concerns. The data collected would be used to build layered maps that depict what communities experience environmental injustices. The bill supports the initiative from the Biden Administration to direct 40% of federal investments towards EJ communities.
